By using the services of SWinter Counseling and Consulting, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
SWinter Counseling and Consulting, LLC provides:
- Individual counseling and therapy services
- Trauma-informed care
- Substance use treatment
- PTSD support
- Crisis navigation services
- Consulting services related to behavioral health
Professional Relationship
The relationship between SWinter Counseling and Consulting, LLC and clients is professional in nature. Services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable state laws and ethical guidelines.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. Information may only be disclosed with client consent or as required by law.
Emergency Situations
Our services are not appropriate for emergency situations. In case of a mental health emergency, please:
- Call 911
- Go to your nearest emergency room

Appointment Policies
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations when possible
- Communicate any changes in contact information
- Pay fees as agreed upon
Limitation of Liability
SWinter Counseling and Consulting, LLC's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We provide services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
